ORIGIN
Thanks to Henry Oliner of Macon, Georgia, for coming up with the title when he linked my Townhall column on his blog Rebel Yid [with the title "The Other White People." Thanks also to many readers of backgrounds similar to mine (of Central and Eastern European heritage), but of Mayflower heritage, Cuban, and African slave ancestry, etc., as well. What connects us is a spirit of self-reliance and an aversion to Marxism, whether in the form of postmodern nonsense in academia or in a presidential candidate.
